Fat Flush Soup.... you will be flushing garenteed after eating that!!! Gross....

While the whole "fat flush" concept is absurd, the recipe is just vegetable soup with some form of meat.

Anyone who eats vegetable soup and salad twice a day will lose "weight". Just don't eat solid food again...

Pardon me, but one does NOT put olive oil, squash, and mushrooms in chili. One would, however, put CHILI POWDER.

    Just sayin'...

I agree with the squash part, though my vegetarian wife probably would/does. But on the other hand, I do put oil AND A TON OF MUSHROOMS in my chili. Maybe you should try it.

I appreciate the suggestion, but I think it would go against my Texan sensibilities.

CHILI POWDER is cumin and cayenne. Most chilis will call for olive oil at some stage of the cooking process, and even though a typical chili does not contain squash and mushrooms, variations on the traditional chili are common. :flowerforyou:

I have to say...I'm pretty tired of seeing all these people CONTINUOUSLY fall for marketing scams. You dont need to FLUSH your system. There is no magic to weight loss. Eat healthier and move your *kitten*. Stop looking for the Lazy answer to your goal. There is NOTHING to Fat Flushes, Juicing, Pills, or Fad Diets. If you have the money to waste, just send it to me.

I would like to respond to several of these responses but I don't want to make that many posts. lol I have made this and it is very Yummy. Although I didn't do it as a "diet". It is def a lot like a chili. I am from Texas and I do put beans in my chili and I will put mushrooms and pretty much anything else I want, including squash if it tickles my fancy. lol And I'm not just real sure what is so "gross" about this recipe. Unless you don't like meat or veggies. No meat? Do all veggies. No veggies? Don't eat it. Simple but not gross.

Doesn't it become "chili beans" at that point, though?
