I HAVE ABS! YAY!

I started this journey at 154. With hard work, a steady diet, and gym nearly 5-6 days a week. All of this in THREE MONTHS!
Most questions. No I don't always eat back ALL my calories. My diet is actually quite poor and I have to make up with vitamins like Ultra Women. But I eat lots of granola, chicken and yogurt. Cut back on my carbs/noodles.

Join me for support and any ideas to keep up with abs! Also would appreciate any advice on losing thigh fat. That's where I'm holding the rest of it!
