I'm using the accelerometer on my iPod nano for the numbers.
Hit that funny spot on my knee really hard and it took me most of the day to recover. It was also my first day under 10k steps since March 1. 9242 steps-only 800 to go but it was 11pm and I decided there's a time to not be obsessive. I was going to fall below threshold one day so I might as well deal with it now than limp around for 15min.0 -
