    Goal 10,000 steps and 10 floors climbed

    5/1 - 14085, 10 floors
    5/2 - 14427, 13 floors
    5/3 - 5087, no floors climbed.....spent the afternoon chillaxin on the lake!!
    5/4 - 2515, no floors.....not feeling well today

    We do this every month. It has really helped me be more active even on days I don't get any official exercise.

    5/26 - 5,579 (in the car for 9 hours - but I did take a tough 11 mile bike ride with lots of hills - too bad that doesn't count as steps)

    So far, I'm at 401,304 - an average of 15,435 steps a day. So, even though I missed my goal of 10,000 twice (and probably will again today), I'm still right on track and way above my goal (on average)!

    I know I have some days I take very long rides too and I take off my step counter off before I ride so my step count is low. That does get me to take some very long walks to try to make it up.

    5/26 - 5,579 (in the car for 9 hours - but I did take a tough 11 mile bike ride with lots of hills - too bad that doesn't count as steps)

    So far, I'm at 401,304 - an average of 15,435 steps a day. So, even though I missed my goal of 10,000 twice (and probably will again today), I'm still right on track and way above my goal (on average)!

    I know I have some days I take very long rides too and I take off my step counter off before I ride so my step count is low. That does get me to take some very long walks to try to make it up.

    I take my step counter off for other cardio too - even running.
