Haha, I just posted this on my wall

I had tilapia pan fried in garlic butter, topped with a little kens northern italian and and some dill relish, some brocolli and cheese, a bacon wrapped jalapeno, and a peanut butter "cupcake" with sugar free apricot preserves. Even though I ate the same for dinner last night to have it for breakfast just seems REALLY strange!
  • Some of you are having some really awesome breakfasts.

Mine is oatmeal made with vanilla almond milk, strawberries, a drizzle of honey, and a dusting of cocoa powder and cinnamon.

I had some chocolate protein powder in almond milk, pineapple and green tea. It's not even 8 am here so I'm about to finish my breakfast with some grapefruit.

My breakfast everyday is one of three things and it depends on how much time I have as to which one I do:

    1. Egg whites + lowfat mozzerella cheese + banana or apple

    2. Oatmeal with protein shake mix added in

    3. A protein bar

Today I went with the oatmeal
  • today is my cheat day, so i made 2 breakfast sandwich : Turkey Bacon-Egg English Muffin with cheese,2 sausages and an expresso

I have to have my coffee with half and half or soy milk (I alternate), and then half of a while grain english muffin with some fresh ground almond butter. Next is a hardboiled egg. I don't really like them, but they are a good source of protein and if they are warm/fresh, I usually don't gag on them.

Lots of water, of course, and a fish oil supplement. Yum?
