Hot wings. I allow myself to eat junk every Saturday. I've been craving wings for about 3 weeks and just let myself have them for lunch. Going to need to go for a ridiculously good workout in order to have any calories available for dinner, but they were soooo worth it.0

For me it's the salty things like chips and stuff.

Haven't had one, not even a "hole" in over 4 months and I intend to stay away from them.
That's my plan.0 -
boneless HOT WINGS & chinese take-out mmmmmmmmmmm love em! I rewarded myself with buffalo wild wings last night since I've managed to get my food intake under control in just a week of tracking food again... but then I stepped on the scale this morning and was up 2 lbs over yesterday and kind of felt guilty for treating myself... but it is acting as an extra motivational thing for me, I want to eat wings and chinese food, so I need to work out more so I can eat more calories cuz my dinner last night was pretty much my entire calorie limit for the day... luckily I was good for breakfast and lunch and worked out afterwards so even after splurging I was only about 200 calories over my goal for the day... which I think was pretty good all things considered0

I love cheese. I crave it and don't know why.0

Pizza and Beer. I still squeeze it in once in a while in moderation and stay under my cal limit. Usually involves an hour on the treadmill sometime in the day to build up a big buffer.0

I don't really have a favorite cheat food, but the other day I had a few chips with french onion dip (Just a few). When I want to cheat, I most often will have a peppermint patty. The are low in calories and I just love chocolate and mint. LOL0

You nailed it with the nachos and ice cream, i could eat both of those EVERY day and never get tired of it.0 -
I love salty, spicy and crunchy food. Put a bag of fritos and some horseradish dip in front of me and I'm a happy camper.0

Cookies or nachos. Depends on the day. And beer-any day!0

The other day, my kids wanted a treat, so I got them some Munchkins from Dunkin Donuts (i know, not the healthiest thing in the world, but my children are EXTREMELY healthy eaters and I allow them to splurge on occasion). I grabbed a few (4 total) and figured it wasn't THAT. I was horrified when I went to log my food for the day and saw that those 4 munchkins of death totalled a friggin 280 calories!!!!! I knew I'd "pay" for that little indulgence, but that grossed me out.0

Baked goods... cookies, muffins, cakes... it's hard to say no for me.
I also try to save 100-200 a day to splurge on dessert after dinner, usually ice-cream or some chocolate. This way I don't get any cravings cause I don't restrict myself.0
