If you haven't heard of these little packets, look them up on Duncan Hines web site. The little packets are only 10 calores and I add them to fat free cool whip, cottage cheese, FF greek yogurt. The packets flavor the food and color the food, but there is no sweetner. My favorite is frozen fruit, almond milk or skim milk, one of my favorite flavor, and sweetner to taste. I blend this with my Ninja blender. YUM... Endless uses. The flavors range from Chocolate almond, chocolate marshmallow, strawberry shortcake, orange creamsicle, carmel, chocolate mint, cotton candy, cherry vanilla, cinn roll, and a few more. Endless uses.

The site said they released them early in April to Walmarts and Targets. I went to seveal of both and I didn't find them. I found them in Krogers. Yes, they are the baking iscle, near the Duncan Hines Cake Mixes. I one area they were selling at 89 cents, I bought them for 99 cents. So worth it.0

I think I saw coupons for these...is it a packet that you add to frosting? That would be awesome to add some tasty flavoring to cool whip and other foods that were mentioned!0

oooh what about oatmeal??0

Oatmeal, well I never thought of that. Cherry Vanilla, cinn roll oatmeal, chooclate almond, white choc raseberry. Most of the flavors will go well with oatmeal. I can't wait till breakfast. This way I can have flavored oatmeal and I can put my own sweetner in it. Thanks0

Good idea, always looking for something new with oatmeal.0

The ingredients are different with each flavor. Here is the ingredient list for chocolate almond. color (yellow 5 lake, red 40 lake, blue 2 lake; soy lecithin) natual and artifical flavor, cocoa powder process with alkali, dextrose. The nutrition facts: Serving size:1 packet. Amount per sercing: Calories 10, Total fat 0g Sodium 20mg Total Carbohydrate 2g. Sugar 0g, Protein 0g. Remember 1 packet flavors and colors one can of white frosting. I usually can use the packet 2 times for different foods. For example, I can use 1 packet to make 2 large milkshakes. 1 packet can flavor a whole tub of fat free cool whip. Hope this helps.0

I just came back from Target and looked at them, but did not buy any. They were 99 cents for just one pkg. I decided they weren't worth it LOL! I will just use extracts and seasonings....unless someone proves me wrong with how GREAT they are!:bigsmile:0
