Plank... Hurts so good! And Spin Class which makes me want to die in the during part.0

The crossover machine at the gym. Always sends my heart rate way too high.0

Crosstrainer - really hurts but it is does get the heart rate up so it must be doing me good, yes, though I am still to be convinced.0

I hate lunges and squats, but they are soooo necessary. LOL, I couldn't do a Burpee if my life depended on it, but hey that's why I'm here. My first step is to get in better shape so I can do burpees and hate them too.0

Being new on here, I had to look up what a "burpee" was. It is four parts of an eight count body builder! When I was in bootcamp, (Navy), they made us do eight count body builders. It is the burpee, but you do a push up, and a jumping jack at the end so it becomes eight counts! Does that make sense? And oh....how they hurt!0

Lunges!!! I can never get them down properly - maybe it's because I have a bit of a knee issue but I've always hated lunges from day one.0

1) Burpees
2) One legged squats
3) Reverse lunges
and yes i do them all, reluctantly.
