yes deff a huge fridge that way you can make stuff in advance then freeze it and have it later in the week. helps with when you are feeling lazy, if you have things made already you won't have to go out to eat or order some delivery.0 -

a scale of course but also a drink blender (it is smaller and easier than a big blender). I use this for my protein shakes and greek yogurt smoothies!0

LUNCH BOX - take your food with you to work or school so you don't eat at restaurants, save money and calories
reusable water bottles
crockpot
rice cooker
food processor
5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system AND a 5 gallon water dispenser that dispenses hot, cold, and room temp water. (water is important in the Arizona desert!)0 -
Digital Food Scale
Juicer

Tiny cocktail silverware!
Seriously. It helps you eat smaller bites so you're eating slower and feeling full sooner. Plus, they are cute as heck!0 -
I bought a glass salad dressing bottle for $4 at Target that has recipes and ounce measurements printed right on the bottle, like a measuring cup. I love it because -
1. Making homemade salad dressing is very easy and I don't have to use a separate measuring cup
2. It's easy to to see how much dressing you used (e.g. pouring 1 ounce from the bottle)
3. It's glass, so I can pop refrigerated, olive oil based dressings in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to "loosen" them up
I love it so much I may buy another. Homemade salad dressings taste great to me and I know exactly what's in them.

My ninja blender stick: make my morning smoothies plus you can turn it into a food processor.
Tupperware/glass containers
Food scale
Measuring cups
Thermos food jars (keep food cold or hot while you're on the go)
Lunch box (eating healthy prepared food at work beats takeout)
Ice packs to go in the lunch box if you're taking cold items
All the essential baking tools...baking and cooking your own food means no preservatives or weird ingredients (rolling pin, cutting board, glass bowls -not plastic)
A good set of knives0 -
also a salad spinner and a huge container so I can make a ton of salad mix and have it on hand
Im considering getting a salad spinner.
I also agree measuring cups and spoons.
food processor (though I don't think that is essential more of a nice thing to have)
good cookware
smaller plates is fantastic suggestion I generally do use those, but didn't even think of it.
food scale I agree...though I have to be honest I get lazy about weighing...however, whenever my weight refuses to budge thats the first thing i do is bring that baby front and center.0 -

lemon juicer
sharp knives
garlic press

I shop every other day for fresh food so I don't care much about a large refrigerator.0 -

In addition to lots of the the above comments, I'll add two:
1. A chest freezer so we can buy healthier cuts of meat when they're on sale and then freeze them. We also stock up on berries in summer and freeze them. And we make triple/quadruple batches of healthy meals and save what we don't want to eat that week, so we have healthy "microwave dinners" ready for whenever we need them.
2. Hot-air popper for popcorn.0 -
I love my salad containers! There is a dressing cup that snaps into the lid!

large reuseable divided trays for veggies and fruit. I am constantly refilling them and bring them to the table for every meal.
Lots of measuring spoons (teaspoon, tablespoons especially)
Good water filltration system that doesn't constantly need refilled
I love love love my digital food scale
Also handy: A helper to clean up/put away as I cook so that I'm not nibbling at stuff as I prepare meals (I know, I know.. self control!) Seriously, it helps if hubby clears the table immediately after dinner so I don't see that "just one more bit of this.. a nibble of that, oh I'll just use up..." you get the picture!0
