Gained a bit this week, but considering I had a back injury that kept me down all week with no exercise at all and not up to cooking decent meals (ie, my meals included white castle, pizza hut, etc because I didn't feel like cooking in pain). I'm actually pretty happy with that. LOL!0 -

Wasn't focused this week. My iron got extremely low so I was sluggish towards the end of the week. The slight weight gain was no surprise. I've got 3 more weeks to bust out of the 150s.0 -

5/14: 186.8 (went up from 2 days ago. Yest was Mother's Day...lots of homemade bread made from scratch.)
