With 117 participants in the thread, @ss-moving is definitely a very popular topic particularly among the female population as there are only 4 men in here. Leaving out people who haven't posted any miles yet, the 76 active movers clock an amazing 200 miles every day !! I'm very impressed.

I am doing the C25K app. I am on Week 5. As there is only 21 days left in May, I will opt to do 2 miles a day. That equals a total of: 42 miles for May. Thanks for the challenge!0

Didn't really feel like doing much today so was only going to do acouple of miles but before I knew it I had hit 14 and I feel good for doing it. :smokin:

Thanks, I wish I could run that far. Miles are a mixture of exercise bike, cross trainer and walking.0 -

I never said no smack lol...if talking smack keeps your *kitten* moving talk away lol....but do it in an encouraging way lol.....I'm back! Since I'm only counting running this month and I figured I shouldn't run yesterday after my half marathon, I didn't check into this forum all day, and boy are there a lot of great updates! Everyone is doing so well...too many to name you all. Keep it up!
I ran a quick 3 miles today.
