I wish I had recorded all the walking I did at the beach this weekend but I didn't and I don't think I could accurately guess so I'm not counting it. Kind of puts me behind for the month but hopefully I can come back from it. I still need 31.1 which comes out to about 3 1/2 miles per day and I don't typically walk/run that much everyday.

It's always inspirational to check in here and see what everyone else is doing to move their a$$es. Great job, everyone!
I was out of town the last few days, but managed to work out every day. Fri-Sat-Sun each a 3.5-mile treadmill run, and some walking before / after on Fri-Sat.
Today, so far, biked 11.9 miles and walked the dog 3 miles.
