    4 miles on the treadmill. Raining, hot and humid...ughhh. Starting to get caught up ... couple more days and I should be back on track.

    Ran 3.21 miles this afternoon.

    Life keeps getting in the way :cry: ... but what a great feeling to run again this afternoon. :drinker:
    Even if it was on the treadmill :wink: since it's pouring rain outside!

    Back to work today. Took a 3 day Mother's Day weekend! Rode 10 miles on the stationary bike. :)

    5/11/12: 12.2 miles (8.2 inside bike, 4 miles biking the trail)
    5/12/12: 8 miles (6 biking the trail, 2 miles walking)
    5/13/12; 0 miles moved Youth Group… no miles, just a lot of hard work
    5/14/12: 15 miles~! Yahoo! 9 Recumbent, 4 biking on the trail, 2 walking
    5/15/12: 12 miles biking to/from school

    I used to run until microfracture surgery to my knee Feb, 2011. I might try this to see how it goes. Is it easier on the knee? I did c25k years ago, when I first started running. I can run now, but I will pay for it dearly for two weeks. :grumble:

    Got in a 3 mile jog after doing my Jillian Micahels Body Rev workout #6! Plus took the dogs for 2 half mile potty walks. The neighbors dog is in heat so mine HAVE to be on a leash and a chain!:grumble:

    Yesterday: a 3 mile run and 3 miles of walking = 6 miles on foot
    Today: 4 miles walking the dog + 2 miles on the treadmill = 6 more miles on foot
    (I can't seem to just sit and watch TV any more; it doesn't feel right unless I'm on the treadmill.)
