I DID IT! It wasn't pretty today (85F outside) but it's done.
This month's goal was brutal. With my half marathon training schedule at the beginning of the month and my sore knee in the middle of the month, finishing was a serious challenge. Thanks everyone for being such a great group. Thank you Dinos and Denise for keeping us focused month after month. And yes, even thank you Speedy and Jonny for talking me into only counting running this month -- it was a tough challenge but as you always say the danger is setting your goal too low.
Looking forward to seeing you all in June.

I forgot to record a lot, so here's to catching up:
5/23: walked 1.0 miles
5/25: walked 5.05 miles (split up into 4 walks)
5/26: walked .5 miles to restaurant
5/28: walked .5 miles to the beach
5/29: walked/ran 3.29 miles
Total that I didn't record: 10.34
Goal: 32 miles
Done: 18.25 miles
Miles Left: 13.75
Days Left: 2

I WILL MAKE MY GOAL THIS MONTH....
Plan is:
tonight - treadmill 3.5ish miles
tomorrow am - GETTING UP and walking 2 miles before house wakes up
tomorrow night - treadmill 2 miles
thursday lunch - 3.5 miles
thursday night - 2 miles laps before spin class
this plan should put me over 80 which is what i want to help make up for being a little short last month...0 -
