    I'm in. Got the DVD for myself, but my wife loves it too!
    I'll still be hitting the gym in the morning M-Sat and doing doing the 30DS in the evenings when I get home from work.

    How do we check in? This will be my first group? So, i've been on for a while, but never joined a group? Are there fees? (jk)

    Same here I will go to the gym in the morning Monday- Friday.. And doing the 30DS at night.
    I am making a private club to keep as all together.
    Thats where we will check in.
    And no there are no fees, but you must paid in inches loss/ weight loss :happy:

    I think that i'll also do the before, during and after pictures...just to see what differences occur between the 3 levels.

    I am in, I have had this for about 7 mths and haven't tried it. I know not smart. I hope I can get through it, well if not then I will just have to keep doing it until I can. I am looking forward to seeing some real progress. I just reached my goal and am now concentrating on toning

    I did 30 days 3 years ago and today it was just as hard then.

    add me in, I'll try. I have lots of thought to do stuff but find myself still sitting on sofa with my laptop, I really need help getting me into it.

    I am glad i am not the only one that does this, we need to motivate each other to just do it

    I did twelve days in a row and then I got super ill.. so I had to stop. I would love to try again =)) Gonna take new measurements tomorrow and more pictures =D So I can see progress
  • Yes ma'am. I'm going to try to stick w/it. I did the 30DS in the past for 2 days and just stopped. I'm going to take pics tonight so I can have before and after pics. This is a great idea. Thanks.

    Jillian Michaels 20 day shred. It is a DVD you do at home for 20 minutes a day, it is 3 different levels.

    I love 30 day shred! I've done it a couple times. I'm currently on level 1 day 5. The last time I did it I made it 3 weeks before I had a few hectic days and got off track.. but during that time I lost 8 inches. So, I'm excited to see the results after the full 30 days. To those who have not done it before.. make sure you measure and take before pics. You probably aren't going to see the scale go down much during this time or it could possibly go up and it can be frustrating.. but if you measure and take pics you will notice a difference.. I promise. It's tough at first.. but the more days you make it through you'll see the things that were tough on the first day become much easier.

    I have not tried the killer buns & thighs, but I have done the Brazil Butt Lift for 2 weeks and definite it is a awesome dvd.

    I am on Day 5 but will be like starting over since I have had to take a few days off and having to take off tomorrow due to some fluid or swelling on knee. No pain today, just a bit of swelling so on Wed I am going again, but subbing jump rope move or glute kicks for jumping jacks and see how that does! But I will be here to cheer everyone on tomorrow! Woo Hoo!

    Im totally in. Got the 1st level on the computer ready to watch and plan to do this five days a week with my c25k and gym classes, weight program and walking my neighborhood!

    So awesome that I found this! I was already planning to start on May 1st! My husband come back from a year long deployment in the first few weeks of June so I'm hoping to get off as much as (healthfully) possible in the next month!!!
