Seasoned chicken breast and fresh mushrooms, sauteed in water. 2 cups of salad with 2 tbsp Olive Garden Salad dressing. Water. :happy:0

For myself, I hd a weight watcher's sandwich roll with pacific salmon, with baby onion and 1/2 tablespoon of half the fat mayo,
Also some baby lamb, about 2 oz or less, with yellow peppers, baby onions and half a potato.0 -

It's Taco night at my house on Mondays.
Reduced sodium of course.
Spanish rice and fat free refried beans.
