  • To get my water intake up, I know this sounds crazy but I hate water! To loose at least 6 pounds or more this month! :)

    A while back my (now ex) boyfriend and I came up with a system of assigning points to various exercises. For example, every mile you bike is 1 point, every mile you run is 10 points, and so on. The goal was to reach 500 points by the end of each month.

    Since he and I broke up in October, I had fallen off that wagon, but I've watched him continue and turn into a flippin' hottie. Seriously, he's got muscle, and abs and a v-shape torso that he'd never had before.... oh good LORD! YUMMMMMMY!

    So I've decided that for May, I will try it again. I have 28 points for far. lol

    Would you mind posting your entire points system? I'm intrigued by this and wondering if I can do something to combine the points with a reward system for my daughter......

    lose 2 inches off my belly, get into wonderland (im at 208) and finish an 8k run without stopping :)

    My goal is 8 lbs down by May 31st!!! I WILL promise myself 5 days a week working out, and if I can get that 6th day in thats extra!!

    May Goals
    1) Lose 10 more pounds
    2) Burn 3500 calories a week
    3) nothing to eat after 7pm on the nights I'm not working/5am on the nights that I do work.

    I want to lose 4lbs by may 12th and fit comfortably into my size 9s! They zip but give a bit of a muffin top.

    1) 31 days of walking 10K steps. I missed two days in March and one day in April. I want a perfect month!
    2) Last month I recorded 193 miles on my pedometer. Going for 200 miles in May.
    3) Currently down 42 pounds. Want to be down 50 pounds by the end of the month.

    I have a couple of small goals.
    1) lose 5 lbs :) I'm in a little group thing where losing 5lbs is the May challenge :) I'm up to it. I need motivation too and that's perfect for me.
    2) KEEP within my calorie goals for the day. I did a manual log (writing it out on paper) and I was shocked at how fast my calories disappeared after breakfast/lunch. had only 600 left
    3) Run a full mile
    4) Get up to 3 miles (run 1.5) by May 15th...I'm doing a 10k June 9th. Trying to prepare myself.

    I eat pretty healthy but I want to eat cleanier (is that a word...hehe ;)

    Finish Power 90 (90 days completed).
    Start new 90 day commitment to an exercise program

    These are in some ways more "results" than goals, but hope to:
    Get into the 310s (currently in the 320s)
    Get my BMI under 40 (related to above)
    Fit in XXL shirts (currently wearing 3XL)
    Fit in 46 pants (currently in 48)
  • My May goal is to break into the 180's I am currently 192 but it teeters between that and 194. I know its a small goal and if I lose more YAY but I don't want to set unrealistic goals and fail thats how I end up falling off track. That and also educationg my self on healthier eating and weening out ALL prosessed foods, so last night I created a shopping list full of fruits veggies and chicken and other healthier items. GOODLUCK everyone with your May goals, lets all check back on the 31st and see how we did. <3

    Be in the 160's by the time finals are over!

    My finals are done next Thursday, and I currently weigh 171.6!
