what's your May goal?

My first goal happens to be to lose half of my desired weight (50 lbs.) by May 30. I have 8 lbs. to go (as of today), and to be under 200...which I only have 4 lbs. to go to make that goal.0

My May goals are:
* to get to at least 139lbs, finally break past the 140 mark.
* to be able to complete 5 'Man' push ups
* to run once a week(minimum)0 -
May 13 - Be on or under 200 pounds for my birthday - woohoo 21!
May 14 - Finish Day 30 Shred strong!
May 19 - Be on or under 200 pounds and look banging in my bridemaid's dress!
I want to be under 200 so bad, but I know it is the TOM and I keep fauxing on my weight baddddly.
End of May, be under 200 with a nice tan and ready to start the summer of fitness and health!0 -
To walk 160 km (last month I did 153 km) which is slightly more than 5 km a day
To get out of the obese BMI and to get down to 89.9 kgs, currently at 93.9.
To be able to run for a full 10 minutes. I am currently able to run 5-6 without keeling over.0 -
Lose 5lbs hitting the 160's! And to finish the two hundred sit ups program.0

My goals this month are to increase my water intake. I drink only water or tea but I'm not thirsty often, so I sometimes dehydrate myself without even noticing. I also would like to loose a couple more inches off my stomach/waist. As well as starting and sticking with the 30 Day Shred schedule as well as going on daily walks.0

My goal is to lose 10 lbs. by May 31 and to have only one cheat day: my Mom's birthday which is May 12. I have allowed myself one meal a month to eat what I want and so far it has worked great. It has been very easy to realize it is a one-time thing and get right back on the bandwagon the next day. MFP has really helped keep me on the straight and narrow b/c now I (and my other MFP friends) can see what I am eating daily.0

1. DO NOT GAIN weight during vacation when my mom come visit and at the Caribbean cruise!

*get my hips under 40 inches (they are currently 40.25 inches) and lose an inch off my natural waist (currently 31 inches)...hopefully .5 inches off my belly button area...(currently 34.5 inches)

*run a 5k on May 28th.

I leave for mexico June 4th and would like to be in the 160's range. I am currently 182, so I would need to lose at least 13 pounds but it would be great if I could lose more. I also want to platen to stomach more.0

My original goal for May was to be down to 150lbs by my birthday (the 5th)...didn't happen. I'm at 162..down 21lbs and 15inches since my start in January. So, my NEW goal for May is to be 150lbs by the end of this month. I WILL do this. I WILL not fail. I work my butt off everyday and I see the results and am enjoying them immensly. Lost alot and gained alot of muscle...I'm lovin it. I may not have gotten to my May goal like I planned but...I'm going to keep on keepin on....I'll be there soon. )0
