    I ordered her a huge *kitten* bouquet of flowers.

    Cool! We love flowers, especially when we get them in front of others. :smile:

    Then you neglected to say what you GOT her.


    Side note: People always have to be annoying.

    My Mother passed away ten years ago, I have not been lucky enough to get her anything

    I decided against perfume and flowers, and found her a really pretty handbag - I just had it sent to her now.

    My mum and I are going to see Jersey Boys here in Australia in August...and I really wanted to give her that for Mother's Day, but she won't let me as she keeps saying it's too 'expensive'. Pfft....why can't I shower her with a good gift, is beyond me.

    So I'll probably give her tickets to go to Gold Class cinemas. She usually takes me, so it's a win-win. :)
