I returned to the gym today and got hot and sweaty - I've been a bit sweatier before, but it's been a while. The under-layers of my fringe and hair were soaking and my face was a nice shade of pink (see pic below - not great quality, but you get the idea) - tis a good thing I wasn't going out afterwards.
How do you look after a good workout? Show me your pics :)

    Oh I don't have a picture. But I usually sweat buckets and have lobster face. Its attractive.

    This one was on Jan 13th 2012 so it's a little old but it was my birthday and I was feeling pretty! Even with my flush cheeks and wild hair! Currently I still get flushed but my hair is even wilder/longer!!

    I look the same now except shorter hair. I usually look pretty happy (and a bit sweatier) after a good workout! :)

    i usually get really pink and sweaty plus whatever muscle group i worked gets huge....cant tell u how hard it is to not look in the mirror after leg day and be like "WHAT THE HELL Y ARE MY LEGS SO BIG???"

    i look like hell! lol. i took this picture when a friend and i were both doing 30DS to show her how exhausted i was after that skinny B**** Jillian kicked my butt. haha.

    this is me on sunday after a 10 mile race. I came 3rd out of 150 women and won a trophy and 3 bottles of wine! (how did they know!)
