    this is me on sunday after a 10 mile race. I came 3rd out of 150 women and won a trophy and 3 bottles of wine! (how did they know!)

    Love the photos taken after your runs and races etc...I did the Cancer Research 5K Race for Life last year (walking with a bit of running now and again) but only got a couple of photos during the race (which I have now lost). Doing 10k next month and definitely going to get a pic taken when I finish :smile:

    Animal photos are very accurate for me sometimes - :laugh:

    after our walk/jog yesterday....I take my 10 lb chihuahua/pug mix and I have to pick her up near the end bc she starts panting so hard, lol...bless her heart

    SO doing this today!! *lol* I look like a sweaty cherry! I get redder then anyone I know, my hubby always comments on how red I am and how long it takes to go away :D You're all in for a giggle :D

    No pics, but I litterally wring 4-5 lbs (depending on workout intensity) of water out of my clothes afterwards. At least that the weight difference on the scale before and after workout. So use your imagination, a dripping sweating mess.
