No pics but it's not a pretty sight. I run 5-7 miles and my clothes are soaked and I am dripping wet, The sweat actually flies off of me as I run and i have to keep a towel next to me and wipe every 3-5 minutes to be able to see. My arms have sweat dripping andl my knees have sweat dripping from them. My t shirt(the fast drying kind) is soaked top to bottom and can be wrung out. I have weighed myself and actually lose 2-3 lbs every day just from my workout. Of course I rehydrate with plenty of water.

I would NEVER take or let anyone take a picture of me after a bike ride! :noway: Red face, sweaty, and hair plastered all over from wearing a helmet. My kids usually advise me to hit the showers quick! Poor things, they will probably be haunted by that unforgettable look for the rest of their lives. Also, I would like to say that the ones who posted pictures didn't look too bad to me!

OH DEAR!! I look SO horrible after my workouts! This made me feel a bit better to know I'm not the only one. But I swear I still look worse than most of you :embarassed:

I am a sweaty mess, not a dry spot on my body. Hair, bra, undies, socks all sweaty wet.

Most folks say they get that burst of energy after a work out, not me. I am so tired I can barely make it home. Fortunately I live about 5 minutes from the Y.

Next time I work out I will have to take a picture... It is not pretty but I love how great I feel. Red faced, hair mussed, and covered in sweat.
