I am 5'3" and at 120 currently. Judging based on how I look now, I'd say I'm aiming for about 104. Anything under 110 though I'd consider success, and much more realistic.0

My goal weight is 110 - 113. I was in that range about a year and a half ago and felt amazing. I was nice and toned and not stick thin. Right now I'm between 126 - 130.0

I'm 5'2" but I have a big build. The lowest I got in HS was 116 and I honestly looked sickly. Bones stuck out and my face looked shrunken. My sister in law is 115 and she has no meat on her bones and her clothes fit unflattering... I always want to feed her! Right now I am 173, and I would honestly be happy at 150. I'm sure when I hit 150, it would be nice to go lower though! That's just me!0

I'm 1" taller (5'3) and my goal is 120-130. Ultimately I'd love to get down to 120 but if I get to 130 and feel happy and healthy there I'll be ok with that0

i am 5'3 my goal is 130 - in highschool i was 113 and yah when i see photos i just feel i that looked a lot better when i was 130. felt the most confident in my life at that weight misssss it hee hee.0

I'm 4'11", and my goal weight is 115. That's three pounds lower than the weight I was a year and a half ago after doing medifast for several months and losing 36 ponds. I have now gained all of it back and feel miserable! Starting over the right way, eating right and exercising. My goal is to fit back into the clothes I bought when I got down to 118 pounds (had a few size 6 jeans!), and felt great being able to wear cute new outfits.0

I have two goals....to be down to the 180 I was before my heart surgery 8 months ago and then I would like to go down to about 140 or so. I have been the 105, 115 and 125 and those were just too skinny for my body frame but somewhere between 135 and 145 with muscle mass of course, will be my final goal :-)0

I started here July 1st 26 years old at 5'2" and 152lbs. As of November I had hit 120 and am pretty satisfied I have maintained that through a full time course load of grad school. I'm now done classes and am getting back to the losing weight mode to reach about 110. But I'm pretty broad and already can feel the muscle with a small amount of fat left before i get the muscles back again so the number is a bit flexible.
I've just started seeing 118's this past week so I'm hoping these last 10 aren't horrible to lose!0 -

My goal is 150. I'm 170 right now. I don't look as much as I weigh (which is okay by me lol).
I've already lost 10 pounds from 180 and I feel that if I drop another 20 from how I look now, I'll be fine. I think the "ideal" bmi type weight for my height wouldn't be realistic or even look good on my body.0 -
such low weights... my "goal" weight is 155-160 pounds at 18% body fat.0

i'm 5'1 36 yr old....133 and size 4 pants....when I was 145 I was a size 10....I bet you can do a 4 or 6 when you're 130-135!!!! I have a more muscular build and strength train twice a week ...so my goal is 125....but I'm stuck at 131-133 and have been for about a year....I have a healthy look and some shape...so any less than 120-125 would prob put me in girls clothes! LOL I don't want that....Good luck!!!0

I'm 5'2 - My starting weight was 203.4, I am currently at 184.2 and my final goal is 130-135. Once I reach my final goal weight I will reassess and decide if I want to lose more. I have set small goals for myself and try not to focus on my final goal so I don't get overwhelmed and it has helped tremedously! My fiance rewards me with non-food gifts (a new outfit, pedicure) when I reach each goal so I always have something to look forward to while losing this weight!0

I've got a bulky and curvy shape to me, so I'm aiming for 130 right now. I want to build strength and be muscular, but I'm not too concerned with losing all of my curves and being ripped. So when I get to 130, I will give myself a look over and see if I think I need to lose more or just focus on my strength. I'm not so concerned with the actual number so much as how I feel, but I think 130 is a good point for me to step back and judge from. I might end up needing to lose 10 pounds more, or I might end up putting on 10 more pounds of muscle. I don't know yet, because I still have quite a bit to go!0

I'm in the same boat as you. When I graduated high school I was 150-155ish?? I would kill to be back down to that size. I have a LONG way to go to even reach that weight!!!0
