    I'm a healthy mix of both, but regarding the guys i think if you have lady bits and are willing to let them play with them on a regular basis they really don't care :bigsmile:

    I have a huge amount of respect for women that push themselves when working out .. but sadly they seem to be few and far between.

    Case and point .. going to spin class in 15 min and there will be less than 3 people that actually put in a good effort. The instructor .. me and that is about it. It is pretty sad actually.

    I think it is the whole .. "no one can see me sweat" thing.
