Hi everyone. Just wondering what everyone's resting heart rate is. Mine is 54.6 bpm. Before I got healthier, it was probably around 70-80.

Last time I checked 52 (I was pretty pleased the other day, I was getting ready to go for a run while my daughter was at soccer practice, chatting with the other parents etc, and happened to glance down at my HRM - 60bpm while standing up)0

Mine is around 58. I got so excited when I realized it was under 60. It was more in the 80-90 range before I started working out last year.0

Between 90-100. Down from over 120 before I started exercising heavily. Rapid heart rate but heart checks out fine. Must be hereditary since my daughter has the same thing. It's the reason I have such a high calorie burn.0

Mines always around 70. Relatively high. Doc says it's because of my tiny heart murmur. I do cardio most days, and have my entire life. So 70s about as good as it's gonna get lol.0

Around 70/75 and my HRM alarms ALOT when I'm running/working out that I'm above my target range. I'm huffing/puffing and working hard but I feel fine. Is this bad?0

I had it checked back in the beginning of March and it was 88 but I have anxiety problems and at the moment it was being done I was really nervous. No idea what it is now.0

I was about 52 on Monday before starting my workout. I've never tested it when I am truly resting though.0

ETA - it used to be between 110-115. Regular exercise is amazing0 -
~50. I'm on beta blockers that artificially lower it though. My HR rarely gets above 120.0

Mine is typically 48 bpm and has been tracked as low as 38 bpm when I'm sleeping. I'm a cardio freak, lol0
