I had it checked back in the beginning of March and it was 88 but I have anxiety problems and at the moment it was being done I was really nervous. No idea what it is now.0

I was about 52 on Monday before starting my workout. I've never tested it when I am truly resting though.0

40-50s.. I just have a low hr in general. The highest it will get is 160.0

Around 70/75 and my HRM alarms ALOT when I'm running/working out that I'm above my target range. I'm huffing/puffing and working hard but I feel fine. Is this bad?

ETA - it used to be between 110-115. Regular exercise is amazing0 -
~50. I'm on beta blockers that artificially lower it though. My HR rarely gets above 120.0

Mine is typically 48 bpm and has been tracked as low as 38 bpm when I'm sleeping. I'm a cardio freak, lol0

Once in a hospital I had some fun cuz an alarm beep would go off when it hit 40 or lower. So to bug the nurse is relax as much as possible & keep setting the alarm off.0 -

I have really low blood pressure, good cholesterol levels, and an adult eyetooth that never came in because it lays sideways inside my gums. I'm also allergic to surgical tape.0 -
