I would wait until after. If you try to spot reduce first your uterus could possibly fall out.0

came into this thread to rip someone a new one.

I heard you shouldn't spot reduce when you are training for a 5K marathon.0

It depends if you're on your period or not.0

Wait. Some of the fat will be dissolved during the master cleanse, and you could look really uneven if you try to spot reduce first.0

It happened to me.0 -

It happened to me.
It happened to my best friend's sister's boyfriend's uncle's cat's previous owner too. Don't do it.0 -
If you eat what comes out of your cleanse, it will give you god-like abilities.0
-
Is that what happened? I just woke up one day and realized, "OMG, I have no uterus!"0

But wait - a man of my stature must have a uterus that weighs at least a couple pounds. That would be some quick progress right there!0 -
Will the lemon juice, cayenne pepper & maple syrup help me grow a uterus? Will running then make it fall out? (or is it just heavy lifting?)0

 Hilarious!0

It gives that corroded look. Just awful, like extreme cellulite.0 -

Oh yes! This! I can vouch for this! I did it the last time I did my master cleanse/hcg cycle prior to my weekly spot reduction sessions I felt the force flow through me for reals!
Also......I just snorted water out of my nose Lol'ing at this. Should I drink that up too?0 -

DO NOT do the master clean if you are blood type O. You will toxify yourself even more.
Sometimes, I pity those blood type O. They really got screwed.0 -
i have heard that if you cleanse your master he will help you to spot where your reduction should be.. so do the following:
1.) grab brush..
2.) move up and down and all over your master.
3.) towel off..
4.) give the master their glasses
5.) be enlightened by the response..0 -
I was born without a uterus. Are those available on ebay? Is there a certain model that is better than others?
I don't want something else to fall out since I don't have a uterus.0 -

You can do this only if you wear one of those ion bands the whole time -- otherwise, you may end up with too many positive ions, which will toxify you even more!!0
-
Do it while you're doing HEAVY lifting with Chalean Extreme for the best results.0

But running barefoot will help some of the toxins "leak" out through the soles of your feet, so, in some cases, you can save some money on the bracelet.0 -

^^ you can't work out on your period..0 -

Didn't you hear? You can't spot reduce while cleansing. It's either one or the other. Like a bulk/cut cycle.0

What did Dr. Oz say?0

No, you can't. If you do, you'll lose blood out of every pore in your body, pass out, and die. Especially if it's on the second day. Never work out on the second day. Sequester yourself in the house and don't even look at people for fear of death.0
