WOW - thanks so much for sharing this....It is nice to read this from an expert like Charlene (I love her). It is frustrating especially for women like me who desperately wants to see a drop in the scale after starting a new program. It is a nice reminder that it is normal to see a "gain" before a big drop. Thanks again for posting this article - greatly appreciated!!!0

Thanks so much for the article, I am on week 4 day 2 of couch to 5k and I have just now started to see the scale move downward. I actually gain a couple pounds and stayed there. I assume when I start week 5 it will go up again because it is more intense.0
