Interesting. I re-did it with a small body frame (I don't generally think I have a small frame) and it said 132 which is what I weighed for ever, until, ahem, things slowed down and the hot flashes began.

(When I did it the first time it said 140, which is more than I 6LBS more than I currently weigh.)

My goal weight is less than I weighed at 13 and apparently my 'happy weight' is 35.5lbs less than that! Not a chance!

It says my current weight is my happy weight. I'd like to be a little bit lighter though, but it is nice knowing I'm in a good range.

According to that, my happy weight is.. 141.5.

Right now, I fluctuate between 145-150lbs.

Honestly? My body is quite happy with 150lbs. It is incredibly easy for me to maintain (really .. it requires little to no effort!), so I would say my body's happy weight isn't 141lbs, but 150lbs.

My "happy weight" is ten pounds under my goal weight. =/ Honestly? at this point? I'd just be happy to reach my goal weight to be honest. My "happy weight" is at the bottom of what I'd consider acceptable for me.

I just did the calculator and it is EXACTLY what I weighed this morning LOL.
But I would def be happiest if I was 10 pounds lighter, which is not unrealistic for me.

    Interesting though...

Using a medium frame, my happy weight is 147, which is 7 lbs. less than my current weight. If I use a small frame, it comes out at my current weight. I had always heard that you can tell your frame size by putting your fingers around your wrist. If your thumb and index finger touch, then you have a small frame. Mine do not touch, so I think I have a medium frame. Does anyone know if this is a correct way to determine your frame size?

My happy weight is 133. I am currently 136 and trying to get to at least 130, but I'd love to see 125.

Depends on how big you consider my frame. I figure I'm somewhere between medium and large so that puts me between 150 and 158. I'm 156 now so doing good! Especially since 150 is my goal!

My "happy weight" is 114.2, my goal weight was between 115-120 depending on how much muscle I built up so I guess that's pretty close! Currently 131 so a ways to go.

I just found a website that will calculate your frame size for you.
    http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/fsz

I used it and found out I have a large frame. I'm only 5'2" so it makes me feel a bit better about my goal weight. I will be at the upper end of ideal when I reach my goal. I could never maintain 102 pounds, nor do I want to!
My happy weight is almost the same as my goal weight, within a pound or two. Can't wait to get there!

Not very close. It is about 25 pounds lower than my goal. I don't think I'd be very happy there as it is pretty much equal to my lean body mass. ;)
