how many lbs did you gain over the weekend?

A weekend of partying and birthday celebrations cost me a 6lb hike :-( I know a lot of it is water by it is very disheartening

    I always go up by 3lbs after the weekends. I am in maintance and always eat what I want on weekends and dont log. The scale always goes up but it isnt a true gain and comes back down after a few days of pushing water =)

    0 for the first time in 8 months.... so glad to have some relief used to spike up to 8 lbs in one weekend, gave up beer (not a saint haha I switched to wine). and lost .5 since friday.

    4 lbs for me, Prime Rib for Mother's Day dinner and smoked Pork Butt for company on Friday, yikes.

    I was very happy and surprised that my scale did NOT go up this morning.
    I had very high calorie days Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
    Yesterday I had real ice cream for the first time is so long! I usually get non fat frozen yogurt. Not this time.

    Up 4 lbs. I blame the beer on the patio because aside from that, I was good!

    I'm afraid to get on the scale.. I didn't want to get despressed first thing in the morning after a weekend of eating and drinking like a glutenous fish!.. but I'm sure it's up by about 6 to 8 pounds at least.... salt and water mostly. It'll take all week to get back down. But it was a fun weekend!

    Don't worry... what goes up.. must come down!

    3 pounds here but I usually lose that by Tuesday. I ate chinese food yesterday and that gets me everytime :)

    My weigh ins are on Fridays for a reason :laugh:

    5 pounds. Lots of alcohol and bad food choices. I deserve the gain.

    I was relaly surprised that the scale didn't actually go up for one. Only started logging last week so I'm just getting used to it but it is def making me more aware.
    That and the sun shining is def making me smile this morning!

    I really need to switch to Friday weigh-ins. I'm so good during the week then the weekend gets me everytime! What IS it with the weekend? :)

    I was totally off the rails this weekend and saw a 2 pound gain on the scale this morning. Not the end of the world but still sucks, I'm back on track today.
  • I didn't go near the scale this morning (don't much anymore anyway...I tend to use a measuring tape intstead) but I feel bloated/flabby and had a tough workout. I'm very much feeling the ill effects of my poor eating choices. Ugh!

    5 between Saturday morning and this morning, despite 2 workouts on Saturday and one yesterday. Only went to one party and only had one plate of food and one piece of cake (and 3 small glasses of wine). frustrating! Hoping there's some water weight that'll be gone by tomorrow am. Usually Monday is my weekly weigh in, but I couldn't bear to enter it into my tracker today

    you were brave and got on the scale! i wouldnt weigh myself this morning. sigh. and it would have been my first weight in since joining MFP too!

    I thought I might be up this weekend since I was cooking calorie dense food for my father who needs to gain some weight he lost recently while ailing. Plus my mother requested ribs for Mother's Day. But I was lucky: No loss but no gain either. Flat for a week was just fine with me!
