    I would absolutely love to be a motivational speaker! Right now I'm in nursing school, and planning to work as an RN in a recovery center when I graduate and pass my boards. My only issue with being a motivational speaker is that I have no idea where to start in becoming one! I've even asked at my NA meetings, and nobody really has a clue. I suppose I should look into it further, though. Everyone tells me that I should. Thank you for your kind words. <3

    WONDERFUL!! And just SOOOOOO many success stories in one...the love of family...getting clean...quitting cigs....exercising and getting your life together. Wonderful, just wonderful. I can' t say that enough. And congrats for an OUTSTANDING job you have done with your life.

    Oh...and isn't Zumba THE BOMB!!! :love: I just LOVE it! I couldn't have done what I have done so far without it.

    You are SO lucky to have all of this behind you at such a young age --- I wish I had your dedication then!
    Now I am almost 50 and after losing 100lbs --- I'm down to where you started so I love seeing your progress!
    I will be happy at 140 --- thank you for inspiring me to keep going. . Those last 30-40 really do make a huge difference!

    That is such an incredible transformation! :bigsmile: HUGE difference in the way that you are standing and looking in ALL the progress pictures! You should be proud of yourself, bc that is GREAT! In the 1st coupld of pictures are slouching and not so happy in the last two you are happy and taking the pictures proudly! HUGE Difference in those aspects! AWESOME Work!!! :drinker:

    Your story is amazing! Extremely motivating - I'm also 5'5 - Your beginning is my 1st goal weight. Pushing hard to get to 180lbs. So thanks for sharing I really needed to see and read this!

    All classes are 45 minutes.

    Sunday: 2 hour walk with best friend, mountain bike ride with boyfriend, C25K run with my mom
    Monday: T3 class (strength training class), and an at home workout DVD
    Tuesday: C25K run with my mom, Yoga class, Zumba class, and NIA class (low impact dance aerobics)
    Wednesday: T3 class, Pilates class, Zumba class
    Thursday: Yoga class, Step aerobics class, C25K run with my mom
    Friday: Step aerobics class
    Saturday: a light walk, or nothing (I need my rest day! lol)

    Wow! Seriously... that is a LOT!!!! I've got a long way to go.
