I bust out the face peel masks, nail polish and pedi cream and pamper myself. However, if at work I would simply rock it out w/my headphones because sometime, music alone, is all ya need :] Hope you feel better!

yes music .... *busting out the headphones*

well, I'm a cornball. I let music guide me. When I'm angry Korn or Godsmack and when I'm sad something like Dave matthews. Exercise itself has been found to relieve stress. You have my best wishes.

"If you can't be with the ones you love, love the ones you're with"

"If you fill your heart with nothing but love, that is all your heart will ever give"

When I'm depressed I remind myself that by sitting around and thinking about it over and over MIGHT give me insight to the problem, but it never fixes it. All it does is serve to waste my time as I waste away THINKING about life, rather than LIVING.

So, get out there. Read a book in the park. Go for a long walk. Do all the things you've wanted to do that you have the freedom right now to do. Don't let anything hold you back because you are so worth everything life has to offer - prove it by embracing it all!
