What are the biggest calorie items in your diary?

And who uses only a tbsp of peanut butter on anything?? That's like 1 bite. =/
I often do exactly that... I find that a spoonful of pb with 2-3 well-placed chocolate chips on the spoon is a great snack for me about an hour before a run!
My solution is minimal PB on low cal bread (i use 45 cal per flax multigrain) with a sugar free jelly the PB is such a strong flavor that it works and I like a massive pile in my bread of both so trust me.0 -
Use to worry about my caloric intake but now I just eat what I want when my body is hungry.
My BMR is somewhere around 2,400 calories per day and I have MFP set at 1,500 and still have difficulties eating back calories at the end of the day/post workout.
That is me most days. But I at least force myself to a higher day every 4th day (3 low 1 high 3 low 1 high, etc)0 -
My stupid coffee creamer. Cant do FF or SF, im trying to cut back but it makes my coffee so good, so I figure i will work it off.0

I've switched to Silk Coconut milk vs. real milk and I save some calories, but my biggest weakness is sweet stuff, ice cream. Specifically Publix Key Lime Pie Frozen yogurt, I can't seem to just eat 1/2 cup. It's SO small. I bought some Jello Temptations to try to curb my huge sweet tooth.0

I love my milk chocolate but have switched to 80% and sugar free pudding snacks. On a positive note my new favorite food is spring roll skins filled with grilled shrimp and grilled or raw veggies and they are filling with minimal calories!0
-
Cheese! I eat so much cheese.0
-
Lately, it has been avacados...love them.0
-
peanut butter.... damn i love the stuff :blushing: but 100cals for 1tbs is just plain crazy!:noway:
I am with you on the peanut butter!0 -
Nuts. 1 oz isn't very many but for almost 400 calories 2 servings is way too much for my daily intake.
I could not agree more!! I could eat nuts for every meal...0 -
Wine...0

for me its always blue diamond habanero bbq almonds....im soooo addicted!!0
-
Almonds.......:noway:0

I smile at my 120 calorie breakfest bar, but then cringe at the 280 calorie afternoon Snickers I can't seem to shake. It's SOO GOOD but really ruins my diary lol0

If I'm having a regular day, then probably cereal, which is 130 with almond milk. If I'm binging, then chocolate, almonds, cheese, noodles or some kind of bread.0
-
For me it's Wine, Starbucks and Chocolate! Egads!0

My weekly usual high calorie suspects:
Steak
Bacon
Peanut Butter
Beer
Dark Chocolate Dreams0 -
ICE CREAM CAKE....0
-
Takis
THEY ARE SOOOO GOOD!
But Baked Potatos with all the yummy stuff is my weakness!0 -
Bruschetta Pizza from Crust. I get the healthier stuff but can't stop at 3 pieces, it is so yum.
I can't make a few dinners I used to make, like broccoli and cheese pies, because they are too chock full of calories. Filo pastry is a no no!
I can't have chocolate anything because I will just eat too much.
On a normal day, my breakfast muesli and 2 coffees are almost 400 cals but keeps me going until lunchtime.0 -
Today it was the homemade pizza for dinner. I don't worry about it though, because I was still under on my calories, and it was so damn good!0

MILK! Why is MILK so freaking high in calories!? Yikes.
My feelings exactly!!!!!
This....Milk & nuts are my main two that I have every day that are high in calories...My two favs of course...0 -
That would be a homemade chocolate cheesecake which is 249 cals per serving.0
-
Today it was pasta. Usually, peanut butter. And I usually eat it at 3 in the morning. Blah.0

Have you tried almond milk? Unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk has only 40 calories for a cup.0 -
I really love my morning coffee, which isn't the problem. It is the Coffeemate French Vanilla coffee creamer that I put in it. I have tried other (all) brands, but they are not the same. I have even tried the no fat and no sugar version of the French Vanilla, but no luck. I need to start limiting my coffee days. I would really loose a lot of weight fast.0

idk how you feel about coconut milk, i find it to be too thick but if i add some water to it and use a half cup in my cereal (1 cup is only 45 cals) i really can't tell the difference, it is quite good0 -

yes or this too, if you find a milk substitute or even mix half it with milk, that could help cut the cals and make a big difference :]

I almost never go over my calories, but tonight the Disaronno is going to put me over. Other nights I indugle in wine, though I stay in my calorie range.0
-
Trail mix, I love it. I try to eat just one serving, but sometimes I cannot stop. I love nuts and sesame sticks. Usually, I am under my calories, but sometimes the carbs is over. :-(0
