    I'm a single mom of a 4yr old son w/ SPD. I'm new to this site & would love to know others that are dealing w/ the guilt of spending time on yourself. I know that a healthy/happy me makes for a better mom, but I hate leaving my son w/ a sitter for an hour after being at daycare all day so I can run/work out. I try to do a lot of physical activities w/ him (going for rides on our "tandem" bike is our new favorite thing).
