Okay seriously I know we all get down and I am probably going to have a backlash for this but really people. You wanna look good You wanna reach your goals. You have to make the decision to do it and work at it. I am not saying we all don't have a bad day here and there! There is no easy answer. No one can do this but you. No matter how many of us give you sympathy....you have to believe in yourself and do this

Amen. I screw up pretty regularly myself, but I just keep on going. I get tired of hearing people complain that they want to stop eating chocolate and then I look at their food diary later that day and see they ate 1400 calories for chocolate for a "snack". Seriously, if you want to do something, do it and shut up. If you just want to whine about how hard life is, piss off.0
