    Thank you! So many people lately have had the "wo-is-me" mentality. I hate the dejected look people get when they ask me how I lost weight. "eat less, move more". Yes, 9 years ago I had gastric bypass, but that was only a tool to get it started. It still takes hard work and dedication. Now it is just as tough to lose weight as anyone else. There is no magic formula other than "eat less, move more".
