    Running of any sort - outside, treadmill, etc.

    Hmmmm, what is my least favorite? CRUNCHES... I'll do situps, leg lifts, etc anytime... but I hate crunches.

    What are burpees?
    Hard to explain but you position yourself in a standing position, bend over to touch the floor with both hands and afterwards kick both of your legs out at the same time. You get back up by doing it in reverse. There are demos on youtube so you can see what im talking about. I hate burpees. lol

    For whatever reason. My body isn't capable of doing jumping jacks. I try and try and try and I just can't do it.

    I like standing jacks though.

    I hate working out my legs. I just consider cardio my leg workout (since it's usually elliptical or the bike)
  • Burpees!!! Yesterday my trainer had us doing 3 sets of 25 burpees. Followed by 3 sets of 25 pushups. Im pretty sure thats considered cruel & unusual punishment. LOL.

    Yeah, it took me a while to warm up to them as well. I didnt like my boobies flying everywhere and omg my knees were killing me!!:sad:

    Real push ups (and thus Burpees as well). It feels like my pecs are going to rip off my sternum. Not a good feeling.

    Jumping jacks and jumping rope = my personal Hades. I do them but only in the 30 day shred.
