The DREADMILL, then high knees, and sprints/suicides/ladders with pushups/star jumps/burpees between sets. :sad:0

I'm seeing a lot of people bashing on planks, but I love almost anything in plank like position! Makes me feel bad *kitten*!
I hate burpees, and most plyometrics...except jump squats...
standing mountain climbers is another one I find stupid...0 -
I cannot do tricep dips... It's beyond me. Mountain climbers & jumping jacks,.. I need a better bra because it's not fun at all.0

Burpees!!! I also don't like the rowing machine....or the treadmill...
My trainer had me do these "advanced planks"...you do a plank & then pick one leg up and out to the side then in and back down. Yeah...2 sets of 10 on each leg & I couldn't walk the next day...0 -
Basically anything to do with plyometrics!
I actually like doing planks and I'm starting to like (well, at least not hate) push-ups. Push-ups are so tough for me, so I do like the challenge I get from them.0 -
