    I'm seeing a lot of people bashing on planks, but I love almost anything in plank like position! Makes me feel bad *kitten*!

    I hate burpees, and most plyometrics...except jump squats...
    standing mountain climbers is another one I find stupid...

    Ok, I had to look up how to do a standing mtn climber, since it was mentioned a few times. oh em gee, I'd hate those too! It's like high knees, but with your arms, too!! :noway:

    lol..standing mountain cliimbers make me feel stupid when im doing them

    lunges, rather do squats, but did both.

    Burpees!!! I also don't like the rowing machine....or the treadmill...

    My trainer had me do these "advanced planks"...you do a plank & then pick one leg up and out to the side then in and back down. Yeah...2 sets of 10 on each leg & I couldn't walk the next day...

    Basically anything to do with plyometrics!

    I actually like doing planks and I'm starting to like (well, at least not hate) push-ups. Push-ups are so tough for me, so I do like the challenge I get from them.

    Just wanna +1 for chesty gals who hate jumping jacks.

    And on my DVDs, at least, Jillian Michaels freaking LOVES jumping jacks.

    Frankly surprised I haven't been knocked out yet.

    Wall sits....I hate to love them...they work my legs so well but BUUUUUUUUURN :)

    I need to try those!
    They are amazing for the thighs, I've toned them so well doing those and lunges....but GIRL do they hurt.

    It's that "I did a good job today" burn hahaha.

    Did those like crazy in gym class....ughhhh

    Burpees and bear crawls are hands down the worst in my book. My trainer had me doing one legged bear crawls the other day and I literally cried. The exercises I hate the most do the most for me, but still-- ughhhh
