This morning, I was able to wear a pair of work pants that I haven't been able to in a few months.
I can get back into the dresses I was in last fall.
I'm working with 20lbs weights at the gym
I do seriously think that my scale is a little crazy - it'll randomly spike up 5 lbs for no reason, so I'm rejoicing in the little things! :laugh:0 -
1) starting to get definition in my calves and biceps!
2) my old clothes fit again and are getting loose!
3) I can go jogging without stopping for a break!!!! (first ever in my life, even when I was thinner I wasn't getting as muh muscle tone)0 -
kinda stupid compared to others but i can now wrap my hand around my wrist and touch middle finger to thumb... its a big one to me....

Best NSV's
1. Recognizable waistline
2. No double Chin
3. Can tie my shoes and breathe at the same time

Going from not being able to finish a 30 minute cardio class without feeling like I was gonna pass out to teaching 12 hours of aerobics a week.
Being healthier at 40 than I was at 30.0 -
1.going from a size 26 to a size 18 (want to be a twelve)
2. My double chin is gone
3.I can see ribs
4. I can cross my legs
5. I can now do 10 "real" pushups
6. In three days time I will finish the 30day shred
7. The best of all I can run around acting like a idiot and play with my daughter and not get puffed out oh and I can fit in a swing with her she's only one0 -

It's been a long journey for me, so there have been plenty, but my top 3 so far:
1) Fitting into a booth comfortably for the first time.
2) Being able to cross my legs
3) Having someone not recognize me, then start crying when she figured out who I was.0 -
These are all very inspirational...well done!!
Mine are...
1, Off all type 2 Diabetes medication (went up a dose six months before starting my journey)
2, Dr saying that if someone new saw my stats they would never tell I was diabetic.
3, Member of the month at my gym where before and after pics were posted.
4, Able to run 10km speed for 20 minutes with no breaks.
5, Off cholesterol meds.
6, Adding three notches to my belt.
7, Going from L to S size clothes.0 -

Mine are:
1) Currently at 18% BF (from 25%)
2) Can wear 29w shorts and 30w slim jeans
3) Bought a small Affliction shirt
4) Cholesterol levels are back to normal.... yeah!0 -
Down 50 lbs (though it's taken 2 years) with 70 more to go, I'm:
1) Off lasix for a slow heart - thank you regular vigorous exercise and nutritious eating.
2) I buy 'hot' street shoes now that are fun and funky.
3) This weekend I felt secure enough in my loss to remove and donate all size 20 and above clothing hanging about in my closet and drawers. Can't wait to get rid of the XL's I'm wearing now!

1) Now comfortably wearing 32" waist jeans again
2) Getting the toning and definition I want
3) Running 5 miles and getting under 9 min miles
4) People I not seen for a few months commenting how fit I look
5) Being proud of what I see in the mirror and knowing it's worth it
6) Being confident enough with myself to wear more variety in clothes than just the standard black stuff
7) Being able to help my friends lose some weight with my experience and knowledge so far0 -

The look on my sister-in-law's face when she hadn't seen me in a year and a half over which I lost a good hundred pounds. She tells me I'm her inspiration to take better care of herself now. :blushing:0

3.My nails and skin are healthier! Never had nice nails

My most recent NSV's
1. Yesterday the manager at my gym asked to take another computer picture of me because I lost so much weight I dont look the same as when I first started. She showed me the before and after...holy moly I used to have a super double chin! haha
2. I was wearing my size 14 jeans and my husband told me that they are sagging in the butt and I need to go another size down.
3. I am squatting 130-140lbs and doing 90lb lunges

Getting 'thrown out of the 'fat girl' club' by my buddies :laugh:
Getting asked if I forgot how to cook because I am withering away:laugh:
Having my son put his arms all the way around me and him letting me know that he couldn't do that before!:drinker:0 -

Through out journey:
1. Off the diabetes and cholesterol meds (For about 2yrs now.)
2. Being stronger and faster with SO MUCH MORE ENERGY.
3. Single digit pants sizes.
4. Constantly getting my legs complimented... (Apparently I have nice ones for a shortie...)
5. My resting heart rate dropping from the mid 90's to the high 50's to mid 60's.
Recently (past 2 months):
1. Single digit dress sizes.
2. Buying size "s" tops.
3. Weight under 120. (Yay the 1 OH Teens range!)
4. Co-workers telling me I'm "getting tiny" and should be called "Mella-Slim".
5. Going down a belt notch.0
