My arms are slightly tones, even unflexed.
I can run all the way to the bus stop without huffing and puffing like an old train.
And I can now wear this ute pencil skirt I had without it streching too tight or looking too bulky.

4: Can walk a mile in 6 mins 3 sec.... Sweet.

Wow, I can't even run a mile in that.... Great job.
  • 1) I can fit into almost all of my "skinny" jeans now.
    2) No longer wearing 2X t-shirts
    3) I can use my Wii Fit now (was too heavy for it before)

-Size 7 ish .. (I say 7 ish because an 8 is pretty loose and a 6 is still too tight) jeans down from 14
    - Averaging a 9.5 or 10 min mile for running
-Beat my very, very fit guy friend in a 5 k race
-Car full of guys honking and whistling in the city. I don't get that , or even second glances usually.

    :)

-Punching new holes into my belt gives me strange satisfaction.
-Running 5k three times a week.
-Actually being happy about my body. I know I have a bit more to lose, but I like the way things fit me, and I feel proud.
-The custom steel corset that I had made for my wench outfit doesn't fit anymore, because it was made to reduce my waist to 34", and it's smaller than that on it's own now.

I know these last two are technically scale related, but
-I weigh less than my husband, for the first time in our entire relationship.
-Weighing less than my mother, who had gastric bypass at only 20 pounds heavier than my heaviest.

    Love this!

    1. Getting tossed around.
    2. Wearing a boys hoodie & it totally hid my entrire outfit.
    3. "Nice dimples" & he wasn't looking at my face
    4. Accidentally used a (much smaller) 'hair' towel around my person, didn't flash anyone.
    5. Having to return some pajama pants because I forgot I wasn't a jrXL anymore
    6. The look on my cousins face when someone thinks she's my mom (only a year older than me, I'm a terrible person.)
6.b. Getting to borrow her 8yrold daughters shirts.
    7. Smallest of all my friends!
    8. Thrifting a bunch of clothes while not realising they were from a store that I never thought I would fit into (express, if you're curious / know it)
    9. Floating down rivers all day & not caring that hundreds of people can see my blinding white thighs.

  • 1. closing the towel around myself
    2. looking straight down and seeing the lady bits
    3. new shoes (because the old ones don't fit... bittersweet, that one)

    One less chin
    Discovered I have collar bones
    Blood pressure down
Walking is fun now and my daughters are joining me
Lifted my grandson (weighs 24 pounds) and realized I've lost more than he weighs!
Had a man "look me up and down" and could tell he wasnt repulsed. Not that I like it when a man does this, but it was kind of nice in a weird way LOL

I ate corn on the cob today and I did not even think about butter and salt.

I'm about to ruin your NSV: Bacon salt.
Bacon. Salt. (Comes in low sodium! )
