It's easier than you might think. On the line just under "Message Boards>> " you see a menu: Home, Recent Posts, My Topics, Settings, and Search. If you click on MY TOPICS, MFP will display the 25 most recent topics that you have commented on. Then just click on our topic, and you'll be here. Also, in the right column, you will see who posted here last, and how long ago, then in blue the word "view." If you click on "view" MFP will display the last post made.0 -
Challenge? This is the lifestyle I've been living for over a year now.
I did a 30 minute suspension trainer workout on my lunch break at work and I'm going to be doing something with my niece this evening.0 -
A word about rest days - all the experts recommend them. Don't push yourself to injury; this is supposed to be fun. When you need a rest day, take it. Just record rest day for that days date. Put your feet up, get an alpine float, and cheer on the others. Another day will come.0

It will be my first proper exercise in 6 months, so I'll be starting slow but looking forward to building up by the end of June!
