    Challenge? This is the lifestyle I've been living for over a year now.

    I did a 30 minute suspension trainer workout on my lunch break at work and I'm going to be doing something with my niece this evening.

    A word about rest days - all the experts recommend them. Don't push yourself to injury; this is supposed to be fun. When you need a rest day, take it. Just record rest day for that days date. Put your feet up, get an alpine float, and cheer on the others. Another day will come.

    I'm really looking forward to starting this.

    It will be my first proper exercise in 6 months, so I'll be starting slow but looking forward to building up by the end of June!:smile:

    I had sorta challenged myself to do something like this then I saw this topic, talk about coincidinces.
    6/1-Friday: GYM: 20 min stair stepper, 20 min fast walking about 3.5 pace 1 mile total, 10 min eliptical, Some yoga. Also 1.5 hrs chasing/babysitting toddler nephew T. in yard, about 60 min walking at about 2.5 pace(at party, no idea of # of miles walked).

    I'm excited to see what I can do on my rest days to still keep active! I think it will be a slow 10-20 minute walk just to get moving!
