Daily: A minimum of 12K steps and 10K aerobic steps every single day.
Monthly: I'm shooting for roughly a 10% increase in my cumulative totals from the month of May.

Step goals are def harder when we can't wear our step counters like at the beach or swimming. Still I find the step counter does help. I would never have gone for a walk with my dog yesterday evening if I was not trying to make up for all of those uncounted steps at the beach.0 -
