OK, I am hooked on this! Tried it with half chocolate, half banana creme and a little frozen banana with almond milk. Such a fun treat!

    Ingreds:

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (45 cals)
1 tbsp SF FF Jello Pistachio Instant Pudding mix (16 cals)
1/3 tsp vanilla extract (4 cals)
    1 cup ice
    1 packet Truvia

and the secret ingredient to make it creamy and not icy...

2 tbsp plain FF Greek yogurt!

Throw into a blender and whiz away. SO delicious! Makes one big shake :)

ETA: This is actually vaguely reminiscent to a shamrock shake...I'm sure if you put a drop of peppermint extract/oil or some fresh mint in there it would taste JUST like one.

I want to thank you so much! I just had the shake using unsweetened almond milk and SF Banana Cream instant pudding. I used 2 tbls instead of 1 because I missed the banana taste being on LC. This is the best recipe for a treat I have found thus far in over a month on MFP. Every day I am going to have this shake, it is so easy to get in more protein for me with the almond milk.

The words "Pistachio" and "Milkshake" next to each other looks like "Mustache" to me. "Giant Mustache 80cals & the secret to creaminess"

Edited to add...it sounds delicious by the way!!

I was wondering that myself. I will try it tomorrow morning and post a review.

I did the base recipe this morning with SF FF Coconut Cream Pie mix and 1/2 a banana added and it tasted like a Banana Fudge Pop. *icecream bar* soooo good.

Ok here is what I did this morning.

    1 c. 2% milk
    3/4 c. Water
    1 c. Ice
    2 tbls. Quaker Oats, dry
2 tbls. SF FF French Vanilla Dry Pudding Mix
1 tbls. Tropical Fusion Jello Mix
2 tbls. FF Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
    1 Splenda
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

This was very tasty. Sure reminded me of a very fruity-tasting shake. LOVED THIS!! Will definitely try it tomorrow with the SF FF Coconut Cream Pie Pudding Mix. I think the CCP Mix with the Tropical Fusion would be great together.

Can't wait to try this. Loved the suggestion of adding mini oreos for my husband's shake.

  • I've made this twice this week but with almond milk and no greek yogurt! It is delish...I love the taste of pistachio....and I've been dumping in a scoop of vanilla protein powder....

Gonna try it tomorrow with chocolate protein powder and sf cheesecake jello....

Thanks for this great idea! I feel so much better when I start my day off with a protein shake...
