    Took a couple days off over the weekend for some rest/relaxation/household chores. Back in this morning to put in 5.28 miles on the elliptical, treadmill, and cycle.

    95.342 miles down and 20.342 miles over my goal.

    Looks like I'm going to be able to hit 100 for the month after all. My best month so far was almost 130 miles back in February, the month before my bypass surgery, and I was feeling really good, and this month is already working out to be my second best so far, so I guess that's as good an indication as any that the "fixed plumbing" is coming along nicely. Maybe next month, I can challenge that 130 mark.

    wooohoooo part three over the weekend....we are awesome.....

    still resting today due to this stupid rash but i'm back at it tomorrow with lunchtime walk and treadmill after runts go to bed watching at least one show...

    i am going to walk over to the pharmacy in a few minutes to pick up my prescriptions...gonna make it 1.27 miles to "even" out my current miles complete to be 71 of 85....

    12 miles running and 6 biking today - I'm over 200 miles, but I'm still going to need some big running miles between now and Saturday in order to make goal. The six days "off" for vacation are haunting me...

    The OWS was a group start and turned into nothing I had imagined. Just *Wow* on a mass group swim..think kicking arms and legs everywhere.:noway: The bike- I lucked into a beautiful morning - blue skies-nice temps-light winds....oh so pretty.!!!!!! A gift of a day really. I was being passed regularly by the tops in the Olympic distance which started later. visions of Tour de France. The run- well or the first time i could at least mostly run after biking.:bigsmile: And i actually passed someone. :bigsmile:

    The race was awesome. The racer, maybe not so much. Finished 133/140. But extremely happy and glad i did it. :smile:

    Notching up another 8.69 mies on the elliptical tonight.......which takes me over the 100 mile mark for the first time!

    I find it hard to believe that I have achieved this within 3 months of having ankle surgery. I wouldn't have done it were it not for this challenge. So thank you to Dinos & Denise and all those who take part and encourage others :flowerforyou:

    A 3-mile run today, and 4.8 miles of walking the dog.

    Congratulations to all who have already made their goal this month! You are AMAZING--that's a lot of moving.

    @wightrose: Over 100 miles in the month, and that soon after ankle surgery--Wow! Good for you!

    Okay - I have been a wicked slacker! Raining almost every day down here. I did add 5 miles last week and another 2.5 today which brings me to 37.5 of 75 - however, it seems unlikely I will make my goal this month as I am traveling this week. But I'll keep plugging as it helps my total miles...................

    keep up the good work everyone - could be a record month!!!

    I REALLY moved my @ss today! 16 on the bike and 1 walking the dogs plus my Jillian Michaels Body rev workout #11. I am into my last 2 weeks of this program so that means TUFF (Totally Unhinged Female Fitness)!! I have 50 miles to cover this week and I WILL do this!!!
