    I read this study that you would have to have 3 hours of vigorous sex to equal 1 hour of cardio. Can you imagine all that would be involved? Props, costume changes, a zillion different positions. It seems like a lot of work for 1 hour of cardio burning calories. Just better to hit the gym, shower, and then jump your significant other.

    I wonder when they will lock this topic.

    Do you record sex in your exercise log, and if so do you mask it somehow, or just let your friends see 'burned xxx calories doing Sex'?
