    Wow. That's what I call inspiring. Congratulations. It takes commitment and discipline to have a goal, pursue it and achieve it and you're a perfect example of that. Keep at it. I like how your calves are the one part of your body that look the same (solidly muscular) in both the before and after pictures.

    You've done a great job. Your pics give me hope. My starting weight (abd before pictures) are really similar. I look like Im pregnant, but I dont have children. After being asked if I was pregnant for the third time, I decided I needed to make a commitment. Thanks for the inspiration!
