Wow - thanks so much everyone!

We just got a new bag of frozen breasts, so we'll see how it goes this week. :)

So glad to see all these suggestions since! These ideas sound delicious and many of them sound quick and easy...exactly what I need after working! And I have been wondering about the Nuwave oven

MARINADE!! I bought Lawrys Marinade Garlic & Herb. Oh my.... so fricking delicious! I bought 1.45lbs of Tyson boneless, skinless, chicken breast. Cut each piece in half. Marinate chicken in the whole bottle of Lawry's (or whatever marinade) for 1 hour. It says 30 minutes on the bottle, but it also says the longer you do it, the better. One hour was perfect. Put on the grill. You don't even need to knife to cut it! It's like butter! Best chicken I've had.

I swear by my crock pot.
Cook them on low and it should be heavenly.

Also, try marinating in raspberry vinnigrette, they turn out yummy as well.

not sure if anyone has posted this but this is my chicken recipe: pre heat ozen at 375 place frozen boneless skinless chicken breast in a glass oven safe dish season bake for 50-65mins some ovens are different I have a meat thermometer and I pull the chicken out at 165degrees because it will cook a lil more after you remove it from the oven

you can add vegy's OJ anything you like and make any flavor and this geta super moist chien breast but like said use a meat thermometer you get them anywhere and i would suggest getting one that has the what meat should be what temp on the thermometer just a simple one not digital
