    got in Kenpo X this morning for my walk. It was a great workout. Tomorrow will be Plyometrics and X Stretch.

    Today I went to the Y while my oldest was in drivers training... I did half an hour on the rowing machine, with 4983 meters (3.1 miles) and 15 minutes on the elliptical (1.1 miles). DH and I might take the dog for a walk later, depending on the weather.... I'd say I got my mile in today anyways:wink:

    I went for my walk/ run (cs5k week 3 - day 2) this morning, so I got my mile in. Whew this C25K! It's funny how long 3 minutes can seem when you have to jog it! But, I'm getting better every time :bigsmile:

    I would like to join this group. I've been taking my newborn out for walks everyday as exercise. Before I got pregnant with her I just finished losing 140lbs. Unfortuantely I gained about half of that back between being pregnant and quitting smoking, but I'm starting to get it off just need some motivation.
