I try for between 6-10K 3 or 4 times a week I love my runs, they are my favourite workout days, I hate my strength days in between in comparison lol

I've been running since about Feb/March 2012 and started off with C25K so I was doing 3 times per week. I did a 5km race on 6th May and since then I have only been going out twice a week. One short run of about 20 mins and one long run where I've been building up my distance and am now up to 9.5k!! I also do strength training and classes at the gym or workout DVD's in between runs.

5 or 6 days, 5 to 13+ miles each, just hit 40 miles last week for the 1st time. Been running since 7th grade, never stopped, hopefully never will.

I have often wondered what everyone else did on their "off" days. Currently I am doing pilates 2x a week, but I know that I need to really do some strength training as well.

I do kettlebell workouts 3 days a week as well - using a book by Lauren Brooks. Awesome results - core strength and general strengthening. Getting very toned and strong.

My goal in June is to run 100 miles. In April I did 53 and in May I got to 93, so I think its attainable! I am 26% the way there so I'm right on track. Some roadblocks in the way though, working odd hours and an leg injury.

To obtain this goal I have to run 5 times a week. I run anywhere from a 5k from my short runs to an average of 5.5 miles. My long run I'm at 8 now. Training for a half in October.
